Eligibility

Users must meet the minimum legal age requirement in their jurisdiction and provide accurate account information. Accounts violating eligibility requirements may be suspended or removed.

Platform Description

Nilachat provides multi-room real-time communication supported by structured moderation roles including Owner, Admin, Staff, and Room Moderators to maintain safe and organized interactions.

User Responsibilities

Users agree not to impersonate others, harass participants, distribute illegal content, post harmful misinformation, upload malicious software, exploit system vulnerabilities, or bypass moderation controls.

User Generated Content

Users retain ownership of submitted content but grant Nilachat permission to display, store, review, and moderate content as necessary to operate the service and enforce platform policies.

Moderation Authority

Moderators, Staff, Admins, and the Owner may remove content, restrict room access, mute users, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate platform rules or disrupt community safety.

Account Suspension

Accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended for rule violations, impersonation, illegal activity, repeated abuse, or attempts to evade enforcement actions.

Service Availability

Nilachat may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain operational reliability, platform integrity, and compliance requirements.

Continued use of Nilachat indicates acceptance of these Terms of Use and any future updates.
